This West Chester, PA home received a complete exterior makeover by TGM Restoration. We performed a full roof tear-off and replacement with Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles in Sierra Grey, and replaced the original faded blue vinyl siding with James Hardie HardiePlank lap siding in Mountain Sage. The combination of the warm green siding and cool grey shingles gave this Chester County home a dramatic, modern curb appeal upgrade. New HydroGap house wrap was installed under the siding for added moisture protection and energy efficiency.
