Project Overview

This large commercial-residential building in Pittsburgh came to us with a 30-year-old 3-tab shingle roof that had reached the end of its life — active leaks, widespread granule loss, and severely deteriorated decking underneath. Our crew performed a full tear-off, discovered and replaced over 80 sheets of rotted plywood decking, installed Certainteed WeatherBond underlayment, and finished with a full Certainteed Landmark architectural shingle system. The result is a watertight, warrantied roof built to last another 30+ years.
